LEASE: PIA Platform Canteen Operation and Management Rights at Islamabad International Airport

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the lease and operation of the PIA platform canteen at Islamabad International Airport under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model. The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to operate and manage the canteen for a period of five years. This opportunity is open to experienced firms and individuals with a proven track record in food and beverage operations, particularly in high-traffic environments such as airports. Items being leased: - Lease and operational rights for the PIA platform canteen at Islamabad International Airport for a five-year term - Associated facilities and equipment as per the agreement The agreement will be executed for five years, with a six-month grace period for setup and mobilization. The successful lessee will be responsible for all operational, staffing, and maintenance costs, as well as compliance with airport security and regulatory requirements. The minimum reserve price for the lease is set at Rs. 10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupees), and earnest money of Rs. 3,000,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of PAA Collection Account. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the HR Directorate, Islamabad International Airport, by 27 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
