This tender invites bids for leasing Pakistan Railway land in Islamabad and other cities for establishing a Modern Retail Complex including a fuel station with allied facilities, EV charging station, international or national food outlets, convenience store, and pharmacy. The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO) is offering multiple sites with specific benchmarks for commitment fees and annual rentals. The project requires bidders to design, finance, develop, operate, and maintain the complex at their own risk and cost.
