Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the installation of LED street lights in UC-01, Agra Taj, Lyari Town, District South Karachi under the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation's Engineering Department. The project focuses on upgrading street lighting infrastructure to energy-efficient LED technology, enhancing public safety and reducing power consumption in the area.
The scope includes providing and laying PVC insulated cables, fixing 100-watt LED street lights, butterfly moon lights with 40-watt LED lamps, and installing GI single arm double arch poles as per site requirements. The work will be executed at various locations within Lyari Town, Karachi, requiring careful coordination and adherence to electrical safety standards. Contractors must ensure quality workmanship and timely completion while managing site challenges such as urban congestion and existing infrastructure.
Bidders must hold a valid PEC registration in category C-6 (EE-06) or above, possess an active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration, and have an electrical contractor license from the Government of Sindh.
