Local Purchase of Jammers Items for Pakistan Army EME Workshops and Installations

Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantt invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the local purchase of Jammers Items for EME Workshops and Installations for use by the Pakistan Army. Items being procured: - Jammers Items for EME Workshops and Installations as per Annex 'A' Tender documents containing terms, conditions, and detailed technical specifications can be obtained from COD Lahore Cantt (LP Branch) during office hours within 15 days from the publication date. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Commercial Offers, each sealed in envelopes clearly marked in bold letters and red ink as 'TECHNICAL OFFER' and 'COMMERCIAL OFFER'. Rates must not be mentioned in the Technical Offer but only in the Commercial Offer. A refundable 5% bid price must accompany the bid in the form of a bank draft or pay order in favor of Commandant Central Ordnance Depot Lahore. Offers can be submitted by placing the separately sealed envelopes in an outer envelope and dropped in the tender box at the Main Gate of Central Ordnance Depot Lahore or posted to the address: Central Ordnance Depot (COD) – LP Branch, Sarfraz Rafiqui Road Lahore Cantt. Quotations will be received up to 10:30 AM on 30 September 2026 and opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of the Depot board of officers and firm representatives. Suppliers must be registered with Sales Tax and IT Departments and provide registration certificates. The stores must be delivered with one-year warranty and guarantee. Payment will be released after 100% delivery and acceptance. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 10% performance guarantee. Pre-qualification requires firms to be registered with Central Ordnance Depot Lahore Cantt/DGP (Army)/DGDP or willing to register. Original manufacturers and suppliers must provide authority letters. This procurement is specific to Lahore Cantt and requires compliance with all technical and commercial terms.
