Tender Description
This tender invites bids from well reputed companies, firms, and authorized distributors registered with NTN and GST for the supply of medicines, surgical, and disposable items under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent / Procurement Officer of THQ Hospital Depalpur, Punjab. Items being procured:
- Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical & Disposables Items (Lot-01)
- Framework Contract for Local Purchase of Medicine, Surgical & Disposables Items for CM Dialysis Program (Lot-02)
The technical scope includes supply of medicines, surgical disposables, and drugs as per the framework contract requirements. The procurement covers local purchase with detailed terms and conditions provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must have a valid CDSL Drug Sale License on Form-9 (Category-A) for medicines and surgical disposables. The bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent or downloaded from the Punjab e-procurement website. The estimated costs for the lots are Rs.6,000,000 and Rs.8,000,000 respectively, with bid security at 2% of the estimated cost.
Eligibility criteria require NTN and GST registration, valid drug sale license, and experience in supplying medicines and surgical disposables. Bidders must quote all categories including multinational and national medicines and surgical disposables. The bid security must be submitted as Bank Draft/CDR. The tender follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure with separate financial and technical proposals.
The last date for bid submission is 12th August 2026 by 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS only. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
