The procurement is for a framework contract covering the entire financial year 2026-27. The mode of procurement is Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, and warranty for each particular item must be clearly mentioned in the technical specifications. Bidders must ensure that their bids include a scanned Bid Security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost of the lot/items. The estimated cost for this procurement is **PKR 33 Million**.
Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax), possession of a professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from the Excise & Taxation Department, and registration on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under rule 38(2)(a) using a single stage two envelope procedure.
The bid submission deadline is **17th August 2026 at 09:00 AM**, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM.
