Tender Description
The Office of the Medical Superintendent at PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit invites sealed tenders from well-reputed, experienced, licensed and registered firms, distributors, dealers, manufacturers, pharmacies, and service providers for the supply of medicines and surgical items under the Prime Minister Sehat Sahulat Program (SSP) for the Financial Year 2026-27 in Gilgit.

The procurement involves supply of medicines and surgical items to support the SSP initiative at PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit. Interested firms must be licensed and registered, providing proof of valid licenses and registrations. Only firms that have purchased the bidding documents are eligible to participate in the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Additional Medical Superintendent, PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit.
The tender opening is set for 15th September 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid submission deadline at 11:00 AM the same day. Bidders must submit quotations on their original letterhead, duly signed and stamped. A CDR amounting to Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) is required as earnest money.
The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the annual estimated contract value after issuance of the Letter of Acceptance in the form of CDR. Tender documents with specific terms and conditions can be obtained from the undersigned office during duty hours upon written request with treasury challan of tender document fee as per finance act/directives 2025-26.
The successful bidder shall establish and maintain a medicine dispensing facility within PHQ Teaching Hospital Gilgit or an easily accessible point near the hospital premises.
