Local Purchase of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for QHAMC Nowshera

The Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids under rule 6 (2) (a) of KP-PPRA Rules 2014 for the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposables. This procurement aims to support the hospital, Zakat and Bait-Ul-Mal patients, and the Sehat Sahulat Program patients at QHAMC, Nowshera. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Hospital, Zakat & Bait-Ul-Mal Patients QHAMC, Nowshera - Local Purchase of Medicines & Surgical Disposables for Sehat Sahulat Program, Patients QHAMC, Nowshera The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidding will be carried out initially for a period of one year under a Framework Contract in accordance with rule 31-A of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, importers, chemists, or druggists holding a valid drug license and registered with the Income/Sales Tax departments, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Bid solicitation documents containing detailed descriptions, bid securities, evaluation criteria, and other terms and conditions can be downloaded from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication of this advertisement. The documents are also available on www.kppra.gov.pk and www.qhamc.gov.pk. The original CDR/Bid Security of Rs. 1,000,000/- for each lot must be submitted to the office of the Hospital Director, QHAMC MTI Nowshera, on or before 22-09-2026 till 11:00 AM (PST). Late submissions will be rejected. The bid submission deadline on EPADS is 11:00 AM on 22-09-2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must upload all mandatory and relevant documents along with the bid security on the EPADS system. Bids submitted by hand, post, courier, email, or fax will not be accepted. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KP-PPRA Rules 2014.
