603 Base Workshop Electrical and Mechanical Engineers Lahore Cantt invites bids for procurement of LP Expendable and Paint Items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is under the open competitive bidding procedure as per Rule 21 of PPRA Procurement Rules 2004. Items being procured: - LP Expendable Items - Paint Items The quoted rates must be valid up to 31 December 2027 and inclusive of all government taxes including General Sales Tax, Income Tax and other applicable charges. Rates should be quoted for brand new items only, with brand and country of origin mentioned. Paint items must be quoted by original manufacturers. Economic Order Quantities (EOQ) will be procured for vehicles. Items are categorized such as Nuts & Bolts, Steel items, welding rods etc. Tender fee of Rs. 3000/- must be submitted with bids. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in accordance with the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Envelopes should be clearly marked as Financial Proposals and Technical Proposals. Soft copies on CD are also required. Technical proposals will be opened on 11 September 2026. Bids must be submitted before 11 September 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with opening at 1130 Hrs. Registration with 603 Base Workshop Electrical and Mechanical Engineers or provisional registration is mandatory. Earnest money and bid security as per PPRA regulations will be claimed.
