Machinery for Football Stadium, Sheds Equipment and Upgradation at Killa Saifullah

The Building CWPP&H Department District Killa Saifullah invites bids for machinery and equipment upgrades related to the Football Stadium and sheds under the Year 2026 Composite Schedule Rates on Percentage Rates basis. Items being procured: - Machinery for Football Stadium - Sheds Equipment - Upgradation works This procurement is governed by the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers and not blacklisted by any procuring agency including Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-5 category and above (Upto 65 million) is mandatory. Bidders must provide a Power of Attorney or Authority Letter on Rs. 100/- Judicial Stamp, mention the name and TSE number, and submit attested photocopies of CNIC by Oath Commissioner. Financial capacity requires a turnover of at least PKR 32,667,530 in the last three years. Bidders must upload a green challan in favor of Account C-02716 and a BPPRA challan for Pakistan Engineering Council registration. Both sides of the PEC license must be uploaded. A call at deposit or bank guarantee of 3% of the estimated cost is required in favor of the undersigned. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar nature works equal to 95% or more of the project cost in the last 3 years. Blacklisted bidders or those barred by any government or autonomous body are not eligible. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM on the EPPS system at Main City Killa Saifullah.
