Maintenance and Branding Works at Khairpur Special Economic Zone

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) is procuring maintenance and branding works for the Administration Building and Boundary Wall at Khairpur Special Economic Zone, Karachi. This tender invites professional and eligible contractors registered with FBR, SRB, and PEC (category C5) to participate in the bidding process for a 45-day project commencing June 2026. The scope includes imported paint work on the admin building, paint work on the main gate, wallpaper installation, boundary wall painting, and branding on both exterior and interior surfaces. The technical scope covers all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for high-quality maintenance and branding, including surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, and finishing. Contractors must be registered with the Active Taxpayers List of federal and provincial governments and have valid PEC registration. Experience in similar works and compliance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 is mandatory. Key dates include the availability of bidding documents from 25th May 2026 at 10:00 pm, with the last date for issuance and submission on 15th June 2026 by 10:00 am and 11:00 am respectively. Bid security of 1% in the form of a pay order must be submitted by 11:00 am on 15th June 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon. Submission is online via the EPADS portal, with the original bid security submitted physically to SEZMC office. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of the original bid security to avoid disqualification, as late submissions will not be accepted.
