Maintenance and Repair of Existing Boys and Girls Hostels at University of Narowal New Campus

University of Narowal invites sealed bids from contractors, construction firms, and companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 and above, renewed up to the current financial year. The procurement is for the maintenance and repair of existing boys and girls hostels at the University of Narowal New Campus located in Narowal city. Items being procured: - Maintenance and repair of existing boys hostel - Maintenance and repair of existing girls hostel The work involves comprehensive repair and maintenance activities to ensure the hostels are in good condition. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with an active tax profile. The bidding process follows the single stage one envelope procedure of PPRA. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 09:00 AM on 25th September 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments including Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) will be accepted. As per PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA)10-1/2011-008595 dated 11.10.2024, bidders must quote rates against each item of DNIT/BOQs completely. Incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive. The successful bidder will provide a 10% performance guarantee in the form of CDR or bank guarantee within 15 days. The original CDR or bank guarantee must be submitted in favor of Treasurer University of Narowal. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Income/sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. One practical tip: Ensure your PSID is generated and bid security submitted on the e-Procurement portal before uploading your bid to avoid rejection.
