Tender Description
District Council Gujrat invites eligible and financially sound firms, contractors, and companies registered on the E-Procurement System and with relevant tax departments to submit bids for the rehabilitation and construction of roads under the Current Financial Year Budget 2026-2027 for the Gujrat district.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation and Construction of road from Jalalpur Sobtian to Dheenda Kalan (Rs. 26.60 Million)
- Rehabilitation and Construction of road from Hajiwala road to Kotla Sohian (Rs. 33.72 Million)
- Rehabilitation of road and construction of drain from Comprehensive school old G.T road towards Airport road (Rs. 48.00 Million)
- Construction/Installation of Solar road lights from Shaheen Chowk to Sarki Canal bridge Sargodha road Gujrat (Rs. 53.00 Million)
- Construction/Installation of LED road lights from Bholay bridge to University Chowk Jalalpur Jattan Road Gujrat (Rs. 52.64 Million)
The scope includes road rehabilitation, construction, and installation of solar and LED road lights at specified locations. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and have valid FBR and ATL status. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Bidders must submit a valid NTN certificate, active status on FBR & PRA, and an affidavit regarding blacklisting status.
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Procurement system using Single Stage Single Envelope method. Bids must be submitted online via the PPRA website before the deadline.
Key dates include submission of e-bids by 29th September 2026 at 09:00 AM and opening of e-bids on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and readable to avoid disqualification.
