The Provincial Buildings Division No: II, Karachi is procuring maintenance and repair services for electrical works at the Sindh Secretariat Building III Karachi. This procurement focuses on day-to-day compliant electrical work including installation and fixing of circuit breakers, wiring for light and plug points, laying of PVC insulated copper conductors in conduits, and fixing of electrical appliances such as AC electric bracket fans and LED lighting fixtures. The technical scope covers a wide range of electrical materials and services including circuit breakers of various amperages, PVC insulated wiring, conduit laying both recessed and surface mounted, LED tube lights, ceiling fans, LED downlights, and servicing of split AC units of different capacities. The work will be executed at the Sindh Secretariat premises located in Saddar, Karachi. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, be registered with FBR and ATL, and demonstrate prior experience in similar electrical maintenance and repair works. The estimated cost of the contract is **PKR 3,000,000**. Earnest Money in the form of bid security amounting to 5% of the bid is required and will be converted into performance guarantee upon award. The contract period is three months from the date of commencement. Bids must be submitted by **14-05-2026 at 11:00 AM** at the office of the Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings Division No: II, Barrack No.18, Block 4-A, Sindh Secretariat Saddar Karachi. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same date and time. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including the Technical Bid and Financial Bid as per the Bill of Quantities and ensure timely submission.
