Annual Maintenance and Repair Works for Roads, Buildings, Water Supply, Sewerage, and Electrical Systems in Malir Cantonment for Financial Year 2026-27

Cantonment Board Malir, Karachi, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the annual maintenance and repair works for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The works are to be executed within the jurisdiction of Malir Cantonment, Karachi, and cover a comprehensive range of civil, electrical, and public health engineering tasks. Items being procured: - Annual repair and maintenance of roads (Rs. 90,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of buildings (Rs. 60,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of water supply and sewerage (Rs. 45,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of parks and horticulture (Rs. 23,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of electrical works (Rs. 276,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of solid waste management (Rs. 3,000,000) - Annual repair and maintenance of miscellaneous works (Rs. 3,000,000) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil works, road resurfacing, building repairs, plumbing and sanitary works, electrical installations, horticulture, and solid waste management. All works must comply with MES and PEC standards. Bidders must submit a 2% earnest money in the form of CDR/Pay Order in favor of Cantonment Board Malir. Only firms with valid PEC registration for 2026-27 and relevant experience will be considered. The deadline for bid submission is 14-10-2026 at 2:00 PM via EPADS v2.0, with technical bids opened the same day at 2:30 PM.
