The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs Islamabad invites applications for the Prequalification of Firms/Contractors for Repair & Maintenance Works through an Open Framework Agreement valid for 12 months. This prequalification is intended to identify capable firms for subsequent call-off contracts covering repair and maintenance services at the Ministry's offices located in R-Block and Cabinet Block, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Civil & Building Repair Works (1 job) - Ceiling Works (1 job) - Electrical Works (1 job) - Plumbing & Sanitary Works (1 job) - Carpentry, Joinery & Polishing Works (1 job) The scope includes repair and maintenance of civil structures, ceilings, electrical installations, plumbing and sanitary systems, and carpentry works at the Ministry premises. The works are to be completed within 27 days per job at the specified locations. Eligible applicants include sole proprietorships, partnership firms, private and public limited companies with valid NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR NTN and ATL registration. Applicants must submit affidavits confirming no blacklisting and acceptance of all prequalification conditions. Evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks out of 100 and a passing score of 60. Relevant experience, technical manpower, tools and equipment, and past performance certificates are key criteria.
