Contractors must be registered with Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax authorities and have completed at least three similar works in the last three years. Financial documents including bank statements and audit reports for the last three years must demonstrate annual turnover equivalent to the estimated cost per year. PEC registration for the year 2026-27 in the relevant category is mandatory. Tender forms will be issued from the date of publication.
