Tender Description
This tender invites electronic bids for the maintenance of three Schindler modified passenger lifts installed at State Life Building Thandi Sarak Hyderabad. The contract is for one year and includes monthly servicing and emergency maintenance.
The scope covers cleaning, inspection, adjustment, and greasing of lift components including control panels, gear machines, brakes, ropes, safety switches, and doors. The contractor must maintain logs, submit monthly performance reports, and provide valid fitness certificates twice yearly. Consumables are contractor's responsibility while replacement parts are provided by the employer. Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS by 13-01-2026 at 11:00 A.M. No manual bids will be accepted.
