Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Alpuri Branch (1934) RO Swat

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP Alpuri Branch (1934) located in Alpuri, Swat. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills - Reinforced cement concrete works including RCC walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work on walls and ceilings - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and laminated wooden flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium granite works - Glass doors and partitions including tempered and wooden framed glass doors - Wooden doors, flush doors, wooden partitions, bulkheads, and false ceilings - Internal and external painting works - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, wooden drawers - Gypsum sheet false ceiling, dumpa false ceiling, wooden false ceiling - Aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing - Safety grills, steel roller shutters, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall and column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, termite proofing, repair of aluminum windows - Tuff tiles, fiber glass parking shed, wooden hanging beams - Logo/theme wall, roof treatment and screeding - Construction of main holes, concrete pavers, excavation, earth filling, stone soling - Fabrication of cash sorting/binding machine counter - Imported frost paper, NBP logos, stainless steel planters and trash bins - Plumbing fixtures including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, GI pipes, brass valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes with UPVC pipes, gully traps, manholes - Office furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenzas, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys - Revolving and non-revolving chairs for officers and visitors - Sofas, waiting benches, reception chairs, center and side tables, reception counter - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice, TV wiring, main telephone cables - Main and sub main electrical cables - Lighting fixtures including LED panel lights, down lights, spot lights, rope lights, fans - Power sockets, industrial sockets, cable containment, floor boxes, technological boxes, pull boxes - Data and voice fixtures, patch/drop cords, racks and panels, telephone junction boxes - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, phase selector switches, change over switches - Protective devices including SPD, over/under voltage relays - Security system wiring and devices including alarm panels, keypads, batteries, magnetic contacts, sirens, panic switches, PIR detectors, smoke and heat detectors - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Sign board work including LED lights and backlit star flex - Air conditioning units of various capacities (1 Ton, 1.5 Ton, 2 Ton) inverter type with installation - Standard strong room fire proof doors with installation The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. They must be active on the FBR Active Taxpayer List and provincial revenue boards. Experience of at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or multinational companies above Rs. 25 million in the last three years is required. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. The evaluation method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
