Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP District Courts Branch (0472) RO Mirpur A.K

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the major renovation and refurbishment works of the NBP District Courts Branch (0472) located in RO Mirpur A.K. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the National Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, and disposal of debris - Reinforcement cement concrete works including RCC walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium works - Glass doors and partitions including tempered glass and aluminum frames - Wooden doors, partitions, false ceilings, rafters, cornices - Aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, planters, trash bins - Painting works including plastic emulsion, weather shield, distemper, enamel paint - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets, wooden furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, reception counters - Electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, distribution boards, lighting fixtures, fans, emergency lights - Security system wiring and devices including alarm panels, sirens, detectors - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - CCTV wiring - Fire extinguishers - Air conditioning units of various capacities with installation and related plumbing - Plumbing fixtures including European style WCs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, GI pipes, valves, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes construction - Strong room door supply and installation as per NBP standards The scope covers all materials, labor, equipment, and services necessary to complete the renovation and refurbishment in accordance with the detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List, and have completed at least three similar projects above Rs. 25 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. Bid security in the form of pay order, bank guarantee, or bid securing declaration is required. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated on a least cost basis. The contract includes a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed 3D design and as-built drawings. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, attend the pre-bid meeting if applicable, and visit the site at their own cost. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids and to black-list bidders for non-performance or corrupt practices. The contract will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes will be settled by arbitration in Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and upload all required documents including bid security before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the technical proposal to demonstrate compliance with all specifications and eligibility criteria to pass the technical evaluation stage.
