Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Kashmir Road Branch (0264) Karachi, Sindh & Balochistan Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work of NBP AIB Kashmir Road Branch (0264) Karachi, Sindh & Balochistan Region. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be conducted under National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The scope includes comprehensive civil works such as dismantling existing masonry walls, false ceilings, tile flooring and walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, shifting of existing branch furniture, heavy duty safe and fireproof almirah of strong room/locker room, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) works including walls for vault, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, granite skirting and thresholds, glass doors (external and internal), vanity counters, column cladding, wooden doors and partitions, bulkheads, internal paint works, wooden cabinets, gypsum false ceilings, blinds, railings, front elevation tiles and glazing, aluminum windows, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms, wall cladding, cash counters, wooden drawers, roof screeding, termite proofing, fiber glass shed, roof marble, manholes, aluminum louver shutters, wooden pelmets and rafters, plumbing fixtures including European style W.Cs, wash basins, stainless steel kitchen sinks, toilet accessories, water supply system with PP-R and GI pipes, soil, waste and vent drainage system with UPVC pipes, electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, main/sub main cables, fittings, fixtures and accessories, distribution boards and internal components, earthing system including chemical enhanced earthing, fire extinguishers, furniture work including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenzas, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center tables, and air conditioning work including copper piping, installation charges and supply of split AC units of 1 and 1.5 ton capacity. The contract duration is 120 days with an expected commencement date of October 30, 2026. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, have FBR Active Taxpayer status, and not be blacklisted. Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 portal and bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by September 10, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bid security of Rs. 400,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bankers Cheque is required. The contract will require a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated based on LCBS. The Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids.
