Major Repair and Renovation of Unrepaired Portion of Vocational Training Centre Building for Provisional Conversion into Academic Block at Larkana Campus Naudero

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (SBBUVAS), Sakrand, invites electronic bids through the SPPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) for the establishment of its Larkana Campus at Naudero. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The procurement is for the major repair and renovation of the unrepaired portion of the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) building for provisional conversion into an academic block of SBBUVAS Larkana Campus at Naudero. Items being procured: - Major Repair and Renovation of the Unrepaired Portion of the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) Building for Provisional Conversion into an Academic Block of SBBUVAS Larkana Campus at Naudero. The scope includes civil works for renovation and repair to convert the existing VTC building into a functional academic block. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) possessing a valid NTN, registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in the relevant civil works category, and registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for works and services. Bidders must meet all technical, financial, and other eligibility requirements specified in the bidding documents and must not be blacklisted by any government department or autonomous body. Tender documents are available through the SPPRA e-PADS portal and can also be downloaded from the university website www.sbbuvas.edu.pk. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- must be deposited via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Sakrand. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA e-PADS system by 29-09-2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opening at 11:45 am the same day. Bid security equivalent to 5% of the total quoted bid amount is required in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended). Conditional, incomplete, unsigned, or late bids, or those without prescribed bid security, will be rejected. Bids remain valid for ninety (90) days from the date of opening. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process at any stage in accordance with Rule 25 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended).
