Repair and Reconstruction of Medical Dispensaries at Villages Dittal Bhati, Mubarak Buriro, and Lundi Jamali Naushahro Feroze

The Buildings Division Naushahro Feroze invites eligible contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 to submit bids for the repair and reconstruction of medical dispensaries under the District ADP Scheme 2025-26 in Naushahro Feroze, Sindh. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal of SPPRA Sindh. Items being procured: - Repair/Reconstruction of Medical Dispensary at Village Dittal Bhati (Remaining Work) - Repair/Reconstruction of Medical Dispensary at Village Mubarak Buriro (Remaining Work) - Repair/Reconstruction of Medical Dispensary at Village Lundi Jamali (Remaining Work) The works involve civil construction and repair activities at the specified medical dispensaries. The tender costs are Rs. 7.0 million, Rs. 8.0 million, and Rs. 4.5 million respectively for each dispensary. The contract duration is 12 months for each project. Bidders must be registered in PEC Category C-6 & Above and provide 5% earnest money of the tender cost. Tender fees are Rs. 5000 per tender.
