Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the supply of manufactured vehicles and accessories to the Urban Planning and Development Department District Loralai, Balochistan. The procurement focuses on acquiring quality vehicles suitable for official use in the Loralai region, ensuring durability and compliance with local operational needs. The vehicles must meet warranty and maintenance standards, supported by authorized dealerships within the region to guarantee timely repair and upkeep. Bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of PKR 15,000,000 in the previous financial year. The firm should be on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a valid Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not allowed. The bidding firm must possess an ISO 9001:2015 certificate from recognized bodies such as IAF, ANSI, or EU. Submission requires audited financial reports for the last three years along with FBR returns and a detailed list of vehicle population on the manufacturer's letterhead. The tender follows the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 and requires a bid security of 3% in the form of a bank guarantee or call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank. The bidding documents are available electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC categories and maintain a good FBR/ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26 to avoid disqualification. The deadline for electronic bid submission is 17 February 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM via the EPPS system.
