Framework Agreement for Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles by Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony Islamabad

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (MORA) Islamabad invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles and motorcycles. This framework agreement covers a period of 36 months and aims to ensure timely and quality servicing of the Ministry's fleet located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for Toyota Yaris (2 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Toyota Hilux/Revo/Vigo (3 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Toyota Corolla (3 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Cultus Cars (4 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Carry Van (5 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Motorcycles (3 units) - Repair and maintenance services for Honda Civic (2 units) The scope includes routine servicing, preventive maintenance, engine and transmission repairs, electrical system repairs, brake and suspension maintenance, air-conditioning servicing, tyre and wheel alignment, body repair and painting, replacement of defective parts, diagnosis and troubleshooting, and vehicle collection and delivery as per work orders. All work must use genuine or new standard-quality parts approved by the Ministry. The contractor is responsible for providing labor, tools, equipment, and technical expertise. Warranty applies to all repair work and replaced parts. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active tax payer status, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bidders must demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant experience, financial soundness with minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million over the last three years, qualified technical staff, adequate workshop and equipment, and past performance certificates. Evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with a minimum technical passing score of 70 out of 100.
