Manufacturing of 25x Composite Products – Cat-1

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for the manufacturing of 25x composite products under category 1 as per Annexure 'A'. Delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract. Audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO or Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM (in case of distributor or agent) and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended by any government organization are mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
