Procurement (Supply & Installation) of Textile Engineering Lab Equipment at BUITEMS Quetta

Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS), Quetta invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the procurement, supply, and installation of Textile Engineering Lab Equipment. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with technical and financial proposals submitted separately but sealed in one envelope. The bid security of 2% of the total quoted price must accompany the financial proposal. Items being procured: - Plasma Generator (Power: 3000 W, Atmospheric Dielectric Barrier Discharge Technology) - Grant Shaker (Capacity: ~15–20 L stainless steel tank, digital PID controller) - Roll-to-Roll System (Continuous fabric width up to 500 mm, servo/stepper motor drive) - Lab-Scale Steaming Chamber (Processing temperature ambient to 110°C, digital PID controller) The equipment shall be brand new, unused, and conform to specified technical standards. Installation, commissioning, testing, and training of BUITEMS personnel will be carried out by the supplier. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 days of contract award. The supplier is responsible for safe transportation and installation at BUITEMS premises in Quetta. The warranty period is 12 months post-installation. Eligibility requires firms to be registered, financially sound, and technically capable with relevant experience and certifications. Bid security, original equipment manufacturer authorization, and non-blacklisting affidavit are mandatory.
