Hiring of Mechanical Transport Vehicles including HMT 6/10/20/30/40 Tonners and Special Purpose Vehicles for Frontier Works Organization

The Headquarters Frontier Works Organization invites bids for the hiring of mechanical transport vehicles including HMT 6, 10, 20, 30, and 40 tonners as well as special purpose vehicles. This procurement is for deployment across multiple regions including Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh, Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan for the fiscal year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - HMT 6 Tonners - HMT 10 Tonners - HMT 20 Tonners - HMT 30 Tonners - HMT 40 Tonners - Special Purpose Vehicles The scope involves providing mechanical transport services to support various operational needs of the Frontier Works Organization. The vehicles must be maintained in good working condition and be capable of performing in diverse terrains and climates across Pakistan. The contract duration is from 1 August 2026 to 30 June 2027. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid FBR and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) registration. Experience in providing similar transport services to government or large organizations will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR amounting to PKR 200,000 is required and must be submitted with the bid. Tender forms can be collected from 3 July 2026 to 19 July 2026 between 10:00 and 14:00 hours. The last date for submission of tender forms is 20 July 2026 at 10:00 hours, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 hours. Bidders should ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
