The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) invites bids for the Provision of Media Connectivity through Satellite, Microwave and Optical Fiber for Wi-Fi Connectivity at 112 Punjab Cattle Market Sites on a turnkey basis. Items being procured: - Satellite Solution – Satellite Communication for Data Connectivity (21 sites) - Mobile Vehicle Solution – Mobile Vehicle Platform for Data Connectivity (15 units) - DRS Solution – Microwave / DRS Solution Sites (19 sites) - OFC Solution – Provision of Data Connectivity through Optical Fiber Cable (18 sites) - Facility Components – Prefabricated Living Pods (49 units) - Network & Security Equipment including C-Band VSAT antennas, modems, routers, switches, and encryption - Power/Electrical Components – Off-Grid Solar Power Systems and External Electrical Works - Civil, Building & Structured Cabling Works including site preparation, water supply, sanitation, security fencing, and Wi-Fi deployment - Installation, Testing and Commissioning Services - Wireless LAN – WiFi 7 Wireless Access Points (460 units) - Next Generation Firewall appliances and licenses - Media Connectivity / Bandwidth Charges including satellite bandwidth and OFC data connectivity - Service Level Agreement (SLA) support for 5 years - Human Resource services including drivers, security guards, telecom technicians, supervisors, and engineers The project requires a robust platform equipped with VSAT, Optical Fiber Cable, and Microwave links to provide Wi-Fi connectivity services. Ancillary civil works and power infrastructure at sites are also included. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C3 or higher with relevant specialization codes and have at least three years of experience in similar services.
