All items must comply with the required specifications and standards as detailed in the tender documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must provide valid registration certificates, past performance evidence, and submit Earnest Money as specified in the tender documents. Only original manufacturers or their authorized distributors are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Directorate General Procurement (Army), Rawalpindi, by 24 Dec 2026 at 1000 hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 1100 hrs.
