Supply of Medical Equipment and Accessories

The Nawab Ghous Baksh Memorial Hospital Mastung is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of medical equipment and accessories. This procurement is specifically for the Mastung region under the hospital's administration. Items being procured: - Medical Equipment and Accessories (Total Item(s) Count: 121) The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. The scope includes supplying high-quality medical devices and accessories compliant with ISO 13485 standards for medical devices quality management systems. The successful bidder must provide two samples of each quoted item within three working days for technical evaluation. The contract requires bidders to serve 50% of the contract within one month from the date of supply order. Shelf-life requirements are 75% for local products and 70% for imported medicines from the date of supply. Eligibility criteria include three assignments of similar nature and complexity with a turnover of at least PKR 27,000,000 in the previous three years. Bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayer List with valid sales tax certificates and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible.
