Tender Description
The Office of the Director Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences Shahdadpur District Sanghar invites E-bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposable system (EPADS) from Supplier/Firm/Manufacturers/Importers/Authorized Distributors on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR/SBR for the supply of various items for the Financial Year 2026-2027 under Rule 46-2 Single Stage - Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the official portal http://protalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The original instruments of tender fees and Bid Security must reach the procuring agency before the deadline.
The bids will be opened on the same day at 2.00 P.M at the office of the Director Shahdadpur Institute of Medical Sciences Shahdadpur. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS system at http://protalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration for submission of electronic bids.
Eligibility includes registration on ATL of FBR/SBR, compliance with PEC categories if applicable, and submission of 5% bid security. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000/-.
The tender submission period is from 22-09-2026 to 06-10-2026 before 1:00 P.M. In case of public holidays or unfavorable circumstances, the tender/bids will be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same venue and time.
