Procurement of Medical Equipment for Wildlife Hospital Safari Zoo Lahore

The Directorate General Wildlife and Parks Punjab is procuring medical equipment under the project titled Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore. This procurement is specifically for medical equipment to enhance veterinary services at the Safari Zoo in Lahore. Items being procured: - Trolley mounted and Portable Veterinary Ultrasound The technical scope involves supplying advanced veterinary ultrasound equipment suitable for diagnostic purposes in a wildlife hospital setting. The equipment must be portable and trolley mounted to facilitate ease of use across different hospital areas. The procurement is aimed at improving animal healthcare services with state-of-the-art technology. Eligible bidders include firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a 2% Bid Security of the estimated price. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope procedure conducted online through the eP system. The tender closing date is set for 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the committee and bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents can be obtained immediately from the PPRA and eP websites. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documents are signed, stamped, and submitted on time through the eP system to avoid disqualification. Late, unsigned, or unstamped bids will not be considered.
