Medical Health Insurance of PIEDMC Employees for FY 2026-27

Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites e-bids from Companies or Group of Companies with a minimum AA+ rating for the Medical Health Insurance of PIEDMC employees for hospitalization and maternity coverage for the financial year 2026-27. The contract is for one year and renewable. Bidders must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and listed on the active Tax Payers List as well as registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Medical Health Insurance coverage for hospitalization and maternity of PIEDMC employees for FY 2026-27 The bidding will be conducted under PPRA Rules 2014 on a Single Stage One Envelope basis. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, PIEDMC website www.pie.com.pk, and Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to submit their bids. E-bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System by or before 3:00 PM on 20th October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM as per PPRA Rules 2014. No physical financial instruments such as CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Bank Draft will be accepted. Bid security of Rs. 299,000 (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of Punjab as per Punjab e-Procurement guidelines. The procurement process will follow instructions issued by the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, vide letter No. FD (W&M) 7-661/2026 dated 29/6/2026. The PPRA website response time will be calculated from the date of advertisement publication. Firms blacklisted by PIEDMC or PPRA or providing false/misleading information will have their bids cancelled and may face punitive action. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely online submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System. This is a competitive bidding process under PPRA rules, and no bids other than those submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted.
