Framework Contract for Medicine, Lab, Stationery, X-Ray, Medical Gases and IT Equipment for FY 2026-27

THQ Level Hospital Lodhran invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the framework contract of various essential items required for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess a valid professional tax certificate. The contract covers a wide range of medical, laboratory, office, and IT supplies to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations in Lodhran. Items being procured: - Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for LP (07 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - Pathology Lab Items (02 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - General Store Items (02 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - Stationery Items (01 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - X-Ray Films & Chemicals (01 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - Medical Gases (01 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) - IT Equipments (02 Million PKR, contract till 30 June 2027) The technical scope includes supply and delivery of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory reagents, general store consumables, office stationery, radiology films and chemicals, medical gases, and IT hardware as per hospital requirements. All items must comply with the relevant quality standards and specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered suppliers/manufacturers/firms with up-to-date FBR/ATL status and relevant experience in the supply of similar goods. No physical financial instruments like CDR, PO, or Bank Guarantee will be accepted; all bid securities must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid submission deadline is 10 November 2026 at 09:00 am, with opening at 11:00 am the same day.
