Supply of Laboratory Test Equipment on Reagent Rental Basis

The Balochistan Institute of Nephro-Urology Quetta (BINUQ) invites bids from eligible bidders for the supply of laboratory test equipment on reagent rental basis. This procurement involves a total of 89 items under a reagent rental agreement. Items being procured: - Laboratory Test Equipment on Reagent Rental Basis (Total Items Count: 89) Procurements shall be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth PKR 10 million each in the previous 3 years, with an accumulated turnover of at least PKR 20 million in the subsequent 3 years. Bidders must be present in the Active Taxpayer List and hold a BRA Registration Certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. The lead bidder should be the manufacturer, an authorized distributor, importer, dealer, or sub-dealer for Balochistan. Complete authorization chain documentation covering warranty obligations must be submitted. The quoted model of the imported product must be available on the manufacturer's official website. Bids must comply with the advertised technical specifications in the bidding document. Incomplete offers will be rejected. Bidders should attach brochures of the quoted models and have trained technical staff for the quoted products. ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management Systems is required. The quoted machines must have valid CE Marking, FDA approval/clearance, or MHLW approval/certification (or equivalent) as applicable, corresponding specifically to the quoted model and manufacturer. The bid security must be submitted as a Deposit at Call amounting to PKR 1,000,000 in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank.
