The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Dinga, Gujrat, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized suppliers, and well-reputed firms for a framework contract covering a wide range of medical and support items for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must provide item-wise rates for laboratory items, printing material, bio-medical gasses, X-ray films, and chemicals. Sealed bids for parking and canteen services are also required and will be awarded based on the maximum offered amount. Eligibility criteria include a valid drug sales license (for medicines), registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and an active NTN & GST certificate. Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot must accompany the bidding documents in the form of CDR. Bidding will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
