Procurement of Medicines and Medical Supplies for Central Jail Mardan FY 2026-27

Central Jail Mardan invites bids for the procurement of medicines and medical supplies for the financial year 2026-27, with an estimated budget of Rs. 350,000,000. The procurement process will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under KPPRA rules. Only registered suppliers on EPADS are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Medicines (various types as per specifications) - Medical supplies (detailed list available in Bid Solicitation Documents) The scope includes the supply of high-quality medicines and medical consumables required for the inmates and hospital facilities of Central Jail Mardan. All items must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid documents. Suppliers must ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA/EPADS, possess a valid NTN, Active Taxpayer Certificate, Sales Tax Registration, Professional Tax Certificate, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority Certificate. A Bid Security (CDR/Bank Draft) of 2% of the quoted amount is mandatory, to be submitted by 24-08-2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide 8% Performance Security in the form of a bank guarantee. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 26-08-2026.
