The criteria for selection of firms and evaluation of brands for supply of medicines are detailed in Annex-C of DP-2. Bidders must submit their quotations on the prescribed form, affix their stamp, and sign the offer. Overwriting or use of ink other than black is not allowed and may lead to rejection.
