Procurement of Medicines and Surgical Disposables for Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar 2026-27

Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar invites sealed bids from eligible pharmaceutical suppliers and manufacturers for the procurement of medicines and surgical disposables for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the E-PAD portal under the Single Stage, Single Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The hospital aims to ensure uninterrupted supply of quality medicines and surgical items for patient care and hospital operations throughout the year. Items being procured: - Medicines (various categories and formulations as per hospital requirements) - Surgical disposables (including but not limited to syringes, gloves, catheters, IV sets, and other consumables) The technical scope covers the supply of registered, quality-assured medicines and surgical disposables, delivered to Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar. All items must comply with the specifications and standards set by the hospital and relevant regulatory authorities. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and possess valid drug sale/manufacturing licenses. Experience in supplying to tertiary care hospitals will be an advantage. Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to 2 percent of the bid value is mandatory and must be submitted before the bid opening time. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PAD portal by 07-10-2026, 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee.
