Quantities and detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents available on the e-procurement portal. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR/ATL, compliance with PPRA rules, and submission of 2 percent Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee along with the technical bid.
