Minor Repair, Maintenance & Miscellaneous Works at HQ 340 Brigade Hyderabad and 34 Infantry Division Rawalpindi AOR for Current Financial Year

The Military Engineering Services invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for minor repair, maintenance, and miscellaneous works at HQ 340 Brigade Hyderabad and 34 Infantry Division Rawalpindi Area of Responsibility for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Minor / Repair / Maintenance & Miscellaneous Works at HQ 340 Bde Hvn - Works at 34 Infantry Division Rawalpindi AOR The scope includes various civil works related to repair and maintenance at the specified military locations. Contractors must be enlisted with MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', or 'D' to be eligible. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide certificates detailing works executed in the last two years along with ongoing projects, including amount, duration, commencement and completion dates, and progress percentage. Tender documents will only be issued to pre-qualified firms. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory for consideration. Tender submissions must be received by 1130 hours on 15 September 2026 and will be opened at 1230 hours the same day. Contractors are welcome to attend the opening.
