Purchase and Provision of Miscellaneous Items and Services under Framework Contract

District Officer CTD Rajanpur invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and related services under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement will be conducted lot-wise through open competitive bidding from eligible firms, companies, General Order suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, distributors and applicable joint ventures registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Mandatory lot list: Lot 1: Purchase of items for hot and cold, lubricants, hiring for service rendered and dietary items for Muharram/Chehlum duties; estimated cost **PKR 1.05 million** and bid security **PKR 0.0105 million**. Lot 2: Purchase of stationery items, computer stationery items, printing of miscellaneous registers/files and other miscellaneous items; estimated cost **PKR 1.8 million** and bid security **PKR 0.018 million**. Lot 3: Purchase, repair and replacement of transport items, machinery and equipment items, together with purchase, repair and replacement of furniture items; estimated cost **PKR 2.15 million** and bid security **PKR 0.0215 million**. Total estimated cost is **PKR 5.0 million** with total bid security of **PKR 0.05 million**. Bidders must submit a complete single-package electronic bid for each selected lot, including financial information, applicable taxes, technical compliance and all documents required in the bidding documents. Firms must maintain valid registration with the relevant authorities, including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax where applicable, and should ensure active ATL status. Bid security equal to one percent of each lot's estimated cost must be paid online through the Punjab e-Procurement System before submission. Bids must be uploaded electronically by **20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened on the same day at **11:30 AM**.
