Miscellaneous Items and Services Framework Contract FY 2026-2027

**District Police Chiniot** invites electronic bids from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers and distributors for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services under a framework contract for Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidders must be engaged in the relevant trade and registered with applicable Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and other authorities where required. Mandatory item and service scope includes office stationery, computer stationery, printing items, mobil oil and lubricants, miscellaneous and spots meal items, tent and tarpaulin supplies, ice and coal, batteries and filters, tyre tubes and flappers, miscellaneous store items, beds and boxes, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, other listed requirements, repair of machinery, repair and maintenance of furniture, renovation and repair of government police buildings and SIPs as per Building Department estimates, and repair of transport. Detailed specifications, quantities, item-wise requirements and estimated costs are contained in the e-bidding documents. Each item-wise e-bid shall be submitted as a single package containing complete technical and financial bids, inclusive of all taxes, in accordance with the bidding documents. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, including Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical samples or brochures for each item, where required, are mandatory. Firms must provide valid registration certificates and other documents specified in the bidding documents. A bid security equal to **2% of the estimated cost** is required through online CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in favour of **DPO Chiniot**. The successful bidder must submit a performance guarantee of **2% of the total contract value**. E-bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-procurement portal at **http://ep.punjab.gov.pk** by **20 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or representatives on **20 August 2026 at 11:30 AM** at the DPO Office Chiniot. Late bids will not be accepted. Confirm portal registration, tax status, item specifications and security validity before submission.
