Procurement of Miscellaneous Items for Development and Maintenance of Training, Regimental, and Sports Facilities FY 2026/27

HQ 1 Corps is inviting sealed tenders for the procurement of miscellaneous items required for the development and maintenance of various facilities at Mangla. This procurement is part of the fixed ATG for the financial year 2026/27. Only reputed firms registered with Sales Tax Number or NTN, active in the FBR department, and not blacklisted by any government institute are eligible to participate. The rates quoted by bidders will remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Items being procured: - Store requirements for maintenance and development of training facilities - Store requirements for repair, maintenance, and development of regimental facilities - Repair, maintenance, and development of sports facilities - Training aids and stationery items The technical scope covers a broad range of supplies needed for the upkeep and enhancement of training, regimental, and sports infrastructure, as well as essential training aids and stationery. Bidders should ensure that all items offered meet the required standards and specifications as per HQ 1 Corps requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess an active Sales Tax or NTN. Firms must not be blacklisted by any government institution. Earnest Money or CDR requirements, if any, should be confirmed directly with the department as they are not specified in the notice. Sealed tenders must be submitted to HQ 1 Corps, Mangla, by 9 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender on technical or administrative grounds under Rule 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
