Contractors must have relevant experience and provide a certificate confirming no litigation with government departments. Only contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and listed in MES categories A, B, C, D & E with proven experience should apply. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated cost is required along with a detailed performance report of works executed in the last two years. Tender documents will be issued only to qualified firms after scrutiny. Bids must be submitted by 1130 hours on 21 September 2026, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
