These works include term contracts for B&R Artificer, periodical services, and decoration works across various locations within Islamabad. The scope covers internal and external electrical, water supply, and Sui gas works under the E&M Sub Division, as well as B&R works under the B&R-I and II Sub Divisions.
Contractors are required to have sufficient experience in these fields and must submit applications for tender documents by 1130 hours on 4th May 2026. The tender opening will follow at 1200 hours the same day. Eligibility criteria include registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C, D, or E, valid FBR/ATL registration, and a proven track record of executing similar works in the last two years. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, along with a certificate detailing ongoing works.
The estimated cost for each contract is up to **PKR 4.0 million**. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted on time to the MES office in Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the Earnest Money and ensure all documentation, including PEC registration and past work certificates, are in order to avoid disqualification during scrutiny. This tender offers a significant opportunity for contractors specializing in civil and electromechanical maintenance and repair within the federal capital.
