Procurement of Miscellaneous Aviation Ground Support Equipment and Machine Tools

The CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi is inviting sealed tenders for the procurement of miscellaneous aviation ground support equipment, tools, and machine tools to meet anticipated LP demands of dependent users during the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured include ground support equipment, tools, and machines necessary for aviation support and supply of stores. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004 and related regulations. Bidding is open to manufacturers, agents, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who can demonstrate valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Departments, Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and registration with Directorate General Defence Procurement (DGDP), Army DG Procurement, Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF, and Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Interested bidders may inspect tender documents at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra during working hours 0800 to 1600. Tender documents are available at a cost of Rs. 5,000 in cash, non-refundable. Sealed tenders must be submitted in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 10 September 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security of Rs. 250,000 in the form of CDR, and bidder eligibility/profile documents are mandatory. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. Late bids will be rejected. Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without explanation. All purchases are subject to inspection for quality, quantity, and standards. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation charges and remain valid till 30 June 2027. No price negotiation will be entertained; lowest evaluated responsive bidders will be awarded.
