Tender Description
The General Headquarters (GHQ) invites suppliers, vendors, and firms registered with GHQ to participate in the procurement for the financial year 2026-2027. This tender is issued by the General Manager, Central Army Press, GHQ QMG Branch, located at Unique Road, Rawalpindi Cantt. The scope includes supply of stationery and printing materials, chemicals, petroleum, oil and lubricants (POL), spare parts for machinery, repair and maintenance services for machines and equipment, as well as computer-related consumables such as toners. The site of delivery and service is the Central Army Press at GHQ Rawalpindi Cantt. Suppliers must ensure the validity of rates for the entire financial year 2026-27 and guarantee delivery within 20 days of order.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with GHQ and compliant with PPRA 2004 regulations. Experience in supplying similar items to military or government departments will be advantageous. Firms should also be registered with FBR and maintain an active ATL status.
