Miscellaneous Repairs and Furniture Provision Works at E-8 Sector Islamabad by Pakistan Navy

Pakistan Navy's Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification from contractors and firms for works under GE (Navy) Construction Islamabad. The tender concerns miscellaneous, major, abnormal repairs and minor maintenance (TC / DC) works at E-8 Sector Islamabad, along with provision of miscellaneous furniture items at the same location. The works are to be carried out at the Pakistan Navy's E-8 Sector facilities in Islamabad, ensuring upkeep and functional readiness. Eligibility criteria require firms or contractors enlisted with MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', or 'E', or other government departments with relevant experience. Applicants must provide detailed information on work executed in the last two years, including agency, amount, duration, completion dates, and progress status. Additionally, contractors must furnish lists of moveable and immoveable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery and equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council is mandatory for issuance of tender documents. Applications for prequalification must be submitted by 26 October 2026. Tenders from pre-qualified firms must be submitted before 1200 hours on 10 November 2026, when they will be opened at the same time.
